Job Description

• Prospecting for new clients and leads.
  
• Advising Regional / International clients on market conditions and property values.
  
• Conducting property inspections and assessments.
  
• Preparing and presenting offers and contracts.
  
• Negotiating sale terms on behalf of the company with other broker's company.
  
• Contact prospective clients and assist them in buying.
  
• Generating and following up on clients leads to buy, sell, or rent properties.
  
• Counselling clients on market conditions, prices.
  
• Developing and presenting competitive market prices by comparing properties.
  
• Creating and showing lists of properties for sale, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
  
• Acting as a go-between for buyers and sellers and negotiating contracts and agreements.
  
• Advertising company properties Regionally & Internationally.
  
• Recommendations and suggestions to participate in various exhibitions.
  
• Coordination and marketing with Broker to promote real estate.
