Business Development Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join Qatar Petroleum, based in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market reach.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts - Develop and implement business development strategies and plans - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute business development initiatives - Track and report on business development metrics and KPIs - Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to think creatively and strategically - Reliable and adaptable team player - Demonstrated ability in persuasion and project management - Proven track record of achieving business development goals
