The role is responsible for selling the company’s premium products, identifying leads, conducting product demonstration, providing existing customers with exceptional sales support.
She should have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, closing deals; a quick learner who has strong listening and negotiating skills as well as an ability to showcase the products’ features in a compelling way; she must be both approachable and professional in order extend the Company’s global reach and impact.

- Develops and maintains thorough knowledge of the company and its products, meeting consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can address those needs.
- Exceptional cross-selling and upselling skills.
- Oversees the ordering and replenishment of all goods to avoid running out of stock and process orders if necessary.
- Implements on-the-field launches in line with the sales plan.
- Extensive knowledge on salon products -- haircare & nailcare, and their product range.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an experienced beauty sales advisor.
- 1+ years of B2B and/or B2C work experience for premium beauty products
- Proven ability in exceeding quotas and targets
- Strong knowledge of the emerging salon trends
