Job Description - Sales Coordinator


  • Preparing traffic registration forms & verifying the registration documentation.

  • Vehicle invoicing for tenders, RAC & traders.

  • Initial quotation for government and handling data control file.

  • File archiving & uploading sales documents of Government Sales in SAP ( Document Management System)

  • Coordinating & Liaise with LVD team for completing Vehicles PDI & transportation.

  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales reports as per department requirements.

  • Monthly order planning for RAC & tender manually & SAP updating.

Skills


  • Good communication skills. Bilingual is a must (Arabic & English)

  • Team player

  • Qatar driving license is preferable

  • Microsoft office skills
