Sales Executive - Automotive Tyres

Job Summary

• To develop and manage individual sales targets to achieve maximum profitability and growth for Automotive Tyres.

Responsibilities

• Promote and achieve the sales of Tyres by developing new external customers.


• Ensure that all sales are carried out in accordance with the cash and credit norms prescribed by the Finance & Audit department.


• Provide input for material forecasting activities and maintain optimum inventory levels by implementing perfect ordering mechanism in association with demand planner.


• Promote a favorable image to all external stakeholders by monitoring customer service levels, assisting in resolution of all sales issues and actively following programs and systems to ensure customer delight.


• Ensure that all sales-related documents and communications are filed and stored according to the Documents policy prescribed by the finance and audit departments of the organization.


• Implement effective advertising and promotional plans with the guidance of the manager to achieve sales objectives.


• Identify the emerging market shifts and communicate with management while being fully aware of new products and competition status through extensive market knowledge.


• Attend all training courses conducted by principals or learning and development department to improve the sales & professional skills.


• Complete reports, presentations, SAP transactions as per the SOP's and management directions to accomplish organizational capabilities.


• Provide excellent customer service to maintain the Customer Delight in everything you do.


• Collect the payments from customers promptly as per the agreed payment terms and obtain balance confirmation on their Statement of Accounts to maintain dispute free customer accounts.

Skills

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience


• Bachelor Degree


• Automotive industry background is a must along with relevant experience in Automotive Tyres.


• Excellent communication skills


• Customer Oriented
