The Senior Fleet Sales Consultant Generates sales by visiting current and new customers externally to develop relationships, recommend new products, provide information, or discuss After-sales issues. Welcomes customers to the Fleet Showroom and facilitates sales by providing information regarding specifications and pricing of vehicles and answering queries. Maintains relationships with existing and prospective buyers within trading guidelines established by the Sales Management.
As a Senior Fleet Sales team member, you will be expected to coach and nurture junior team members, assist with scheduling and lead by example.
Sales & Customer Interaction
Engage with potential buyers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct test drives and explain features, benefits, and financing options.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Product Knowledge
Stay up to date with the latest vehicle models, specifications, and industry trends.
Provide accurate information about vehicle performance, safety features, and pricing
Sales Process
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences and budget.
Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing terms.
Close sales and handle paperwork efficiently
Administration & Reporting
Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
Submit accurate sales forecasts for superiors.
Keep a record of customer information for customer call reports.
Prepare proposals based on customer's requirements and standard technical specifications.
