Assistant Manager Operations

We are looking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations as well as do business development in order to grow the existing client base.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all contracts and ensuring that the teams adhere to safety measures during all operations.

You will facilitate budget planning, evaluate relevant data to propose recommendations for process improvement as well as develop and review operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery; constantly monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to all the stakeholders.

As part of business development, you will also be responsible sourcing new residential and commercial clients, and the preparation of tender and quotations for new projects.
