Business Development Manager/Client Acquisition

Job Title: Business Development Manager/Client Acquisition (Female)

Objective:
Bpo+ is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and drive strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in Outsourcing/IT/Manpower/Consulting, with a keen understanding of Qatar's business landscape.

Job Description:

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to enhance revenue and profitability.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, emerging opportunities, and client needs.
• Prepare and submit RFQ/RFP responses, demonstrating a strong grasp of tender requirements.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with prospective clients through proactive outreach and networking.
• Analyze risks and potentials associated with business opportunities.
• Facilitate business meetings with prospective clients and represent the company professionally.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize processes and enhance service delivery.
• Continuously monitor industry developments to capitalize on market trends and drive growth.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Outsourcing/IT/Manpower/Consulting.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Qatar's business environment is advantageous.
• Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
