Job Title: Business Development Manager/Client Acquisition (Female)
Objective:
Bpo+ is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and drive strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in Outsourcing/IT/Manpower/Consulting, with a keen understanding of Qatar's business landscape.
Job Description:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to enhance revenue and profitability.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, emerging opportunities, and client needs.
- Prepare and submit RFQ/RFP responses, demonstrating a strong grasp of tender requirements.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with prospective clients through proactive outreach and networking.
- Analyze risks and potentials associated with business opportunities.
- Facilitate business meetings with prospective clients and represent the company professionally.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize processes and enhance service delivery.
- Continuously monitor industry developments to capitalize on market trends and drive growth.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Outsourcing/IT/Manpower/Consulting.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Qatar's business environment is advantageous.
- Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
