Position Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Front-end Developer with 4 to 5 years of experience in developing responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS, and have the ability to design pixel-perfect designs from Figma or Adobe XD.

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor or Master in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  
• Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
  

Experience:

• 4-5 years of relevant experience as a Front-end Developer
  
• Hands-on experience with markup languages like HTML
  
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS
  
• Hands-on experience in React.Js /VUE.JS is a plus.
  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications that meet business requirements.
  
• Collaborate with the design team to create pixel-perfect designs from Figma or Adobe XD.
  
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end functionality with back-end services.
  
• Debug issues and fix bugs reported by clients or internal stakeholders.
  
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience in designing pixel-perfect designs from Figma or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Experience with responsive design and development.
• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
