Data and Process Analyst

Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess existing and new data to identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline data-related processes.
• Utilize Power BI to create insightful and actionable visualizations and reports based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure seamless integration of automated solutions.
• Maintain and optimize data models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to organizational standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power Automate and Power BI functionalities.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics and process automation.
• Develop swim lane process for the department
• Review current work process for digitalization opportunities
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Develop implementation plan for line manager approval
• Execute plan

Qualifications

Education & Professional Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related field

• Proven experience in data analysis, process optimization, and automation.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate for designing and implementing automated workflows.
• Proficiency in creating dynamic and visually appealing reports using Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.

Professional Experience:
6-8 years experience in data analysis and power BI

Computer and Language Skills:

• Power BI (expert Level), Excel, DAX, SQL, Visio, Power apps and power automate

Market / Industry / Functional Knowledge:

• Analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Certification preferred:
Certifications in Power Automate and Power BI are a plus.
