Bhumi NGO is seeking an Associate - Retail Fundraising (Individual Giving) to support its retail fundraising team. The Associate will primarily take care of the content marketing needs of the retail fundraising team, which includes curating content for fundraising campaigns, creating donor communications, building end-to-end donor journeys, and community building. They will be responsible for curating digital campaign content and driving short-term online fundraising campaigns at Bhumi. They will have a proven track record of running successful fundraising and digital marketing campaigns.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with other teams in Bhumi to identify and develop compelling fundraising stories and initiatives
  

• Curate engaging content for fundraising and social media campaigns
  

• Community building and engagement
  

• Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery
  

• Develop end-to-end donor journeys by creating appropriate touchpoints, acknowledgment, and engagement strategies
  

Education Qualification / Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in content marketing, fundraising, or related fields
  

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields
  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• A reasonable understanding of the non-profit sector and donor management.
  

• A strong grasp of online fundraising and emerging trends.
  

• A bility to create excellent viral digital content.
  

• Strong relationship-building and community-building skills.
  

• Excellent copywriting and content marketing skills
  

• Experience in community building would be preferred
  

• Knowledge about online events, ability to involve influencers and known celebrities to scale the impact of such events.
