Social Media Manager amp Content Designer

We are seeking a creative and talented individual to fill the role of Social Media Manager & Content Designer within our team. This unique position combines the responsibilities of managing social media presence with the creation and design of compelling content across various digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy while also producing engaging visual and written content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand awareness drive engagement and support marketing and sales efforts

Manage and oversee all social media channels including content creation posting schedules and community engagement

Create visually appealing and compelling graphics videos and other multimedia content for use across digital platforms

Write and edit highquality engaging copy for various purposes such as social media posts blog articles website content and marketing materials

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align content initiatives with overall business goals and brand guidelines

Monitor track and analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement

Stay informed about the latest social media trends tools and best practices and integrate them into our strategy and content creation

Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to drive engagement and achieve business objectives

Work with external agencies and partners as needed to support social media and content initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing communications design or a related field

Proven work experience in social media management and content creation/design

Strong understanding of social media platforms content creation and performance analytics

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and video editing software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and storytelling

Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas and designs

Experience with social media advertising and campaign management

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of SEO keyword research and content marketing best practices is a plus
