Position : Social Media Specialist

Firma Events is a dynamic Talent Management & Event Planning company dedicated to elevating any event to new heights. We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team and help manage our online presence across various platforms including Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing and social media to make a significant impact in a growing organization.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness engagement and followers across Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn.

Create compelling and engaging content tailored to each platform including posts stories and multimedia content (images videos infographics).

Monitor social media channels for comments messages and mentions and respond in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and promotions.

Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance identify trends and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends tools and best practices and incorporate them into our social media strategy.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content.

Indepth knowledge of social media platforms algorithms and advertising options particularly Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.

Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.

Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Google Analytics) is a plus.

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is desirable.
