Position LocationsAl Udeid Air Base, QA,,AITracking Code10229Position TypeFull-Time/RegularMust be a United States Citizen, **** OCONUS Position**** QatarAs the TNAP AMP Manager you will work with managers assigned to their area of responsibilities in conjunction with real property accounting listings make smart, fiscally minded, logical and sustainment-minded decisions using the "preventive maintenance - corrective maintenance and repair maintenance. Use data to forecast and project future projects; work between the shops, Requirements and Optimization (R&O) section and Engineering Flight to prioritize sustainment projects according to Mission Dependency Index Probability of Failure Critical Component Effective Equipment.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Shall Provide plan and develop projects in accordance with the approved base development plans.Shall conduct root cause analysis of failing systems in order to accurately determine the scope of the projects.The TNAP AMP manager shall coordinate and host the quarterly Sub-AMP Working Group, according to The Activity Management Process Operating Instruction.Complete design reviews for pavement projects from the Operations Flight perspective.The TNAP AMP manager shall update the Pavement Condition Index in PAVER. and shall also serve as the engineering expert and liaison for the Traffic Safety Council.Shall provide complete design assistance services including preparation of civil site work drawings and water/sewer designs based on existing local utilities and facility load and use.Shall compile and integrate work of other disciplines into the project design documentation.Shall also be responsible for selected construction inspections, quality control, submittal reviews beyond the expertise of construction managers.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:BS Degree in Civil Engineering or global equivalent in engineering field of studyFive (5) years of work-related experienceMust have a minimum of 2 years of project management experienceA recognized professional certification or registration in the applicable field, if requiredLICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS:Valid U.S. Driver s LicenseMust have a Valid US Passport.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Experience and understanding of construction safety programProject or area management experience in international locations and diverse cultural environments is recommendedAbility to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, co-workers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitorsGood knowledge and experience on project design, engineering, procurement, material management, construction, commissioning, start up, turn over work processes, sequencing, and interfacesAdditional RequirementsMust possess a valid U.S. Driver s LicensePossess a valid U.S. Passport (preferred)Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, including vaccination for COVID-19 as outlined in Paragraph 1.A. of the USCENTCOM JAN 22 MOD SIXTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICYAble to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for QatarMust be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
