Agentic Operator Internship Product Building

About the Studio

We're an AI-native venture builder for the Global South. We partner with founders who know their industry from the inside and co-build their ventures from first idea through to spin-out, covering product, design, engineering, and GTM.

About the Role

This internship sits inside Utopia Studio's Product, Engineering & Design team. As an Agentic Operator Intern in Product Building, you'll work across Product Strategy, Build Frameworks, AI engineering, Design, and User Discovery. You'll develop prototypes every day inside the Utopia Studio product, using AI agents and automations to turn ideas into working product surfaces. Real work, real shipping, from day one.

What You'll Do

• Develop prototypes every day inside the Utopia Studio product

• Shape product strategy and the frameworks we use to build

• Build with AI: agents, automations, and working features

• Design and test flows, and run user discovery to learn what people need

• Own deliverables, not tasks, and ship things that actually get used

What You Bring

• You've built something with AI, even if it's scrappy

• You think in specifics, not generalities

• You move without waiting to be told

• You can hold multiple things at once without dropping them

• You care about the details

No specific background or degree required. What matters is what you can build.

Engagement

• Full-time, part-time, or volunteer

• Salary upon discussion

• Hybrid, based in Doha

Interview process

1. Chat with Haajar

2. Technical test (same submission format as our Agentic Operator Internship)

3. Final chat with James / Abdelrahman / Aiden

Why This Internship

Most internships put you on the edge of the work. This one puts you inside the product, shipping prototypes daily. You'll work directly with the studio team and use AI to do work that would otherwise take a full team.

We believe innovation should be inclusive and globally distributed. Our team is built on openness, curiosity, and collaboration — with people from across the GCC, Africa, and Southeast Asia working together to build meaningful ventures.

All roles are based in Doha, Qatar, with flexible hybrid options and global travel opportunities (unless otherwise stated). We welcome talent from every background to join us in shaping the future of AI-native innovation.
