Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

MEEZA is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing - Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions - Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasion skills to follow up on overdue payments - Emotional intelligence to handle customer inquiries and situations - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
