Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job description:

Sidra Medicine is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in a remote part-time position. As an Associate-level Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process for the organization.

Responsibilities: - Review and reconcile accounts receivable balances - Process customer payments in a timely and accurate manner - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any billing discrepancies - Prepare and send out invoices to customers - Monitor aging accounts and follow up on overdue payments - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper recording of transactions - Generate reports on accounts receivable activity for management review - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Resilient and dedicated attitude towards work - Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions - Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
