Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and resilient Accountant to join our team at Starlink Qatar in Doha. As an Associate Level Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in accounting.

Responsibilities: - Manage all accounting transactions - Prepare budget forecasts - Publish financial statements - Reconcile accounts payable and receivable - Conduct month-end and year-end close processes - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with financial regulations - Analyze financial data and provide insights to management - Assist with tax audits and preparation of tax returns - Monitor financial health and recommend improvements

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Proven work experience as an Accountant - Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations - Excellent knowledge of MS Office and accounting software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Emotional intelligence and strong planning skills - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Ability to work independently and in a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
