Accountant - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Electricity & Water Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Accountant to join our team in a part-time, work from home position in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain financial records - Prepare financial statements and reports - Analyze financial data and provide insights to management - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations - Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis - Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies - Assist with financial audits - Conduct financial analysis and forecasting - Provide support to financial management team

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 2 years of experience in accounting - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and independent - Attention to detail and research skills
