Accounts Payable

Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and other payment requests for accuracy - Process payments through the company's accounting system - Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain vendor and supplier records, ensuring all information is up-to-date - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable - Work with other departments to resolve payment issues and answer inquiries - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in accounts payable

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 4 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Strong analytical and research skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confident and hardworking attitude - Equal Opportunity Employer
