Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description: Meddy, a leading healthcare company based in Doha, is seeking a Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely and play a crucial role in our finance department. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline accounts payable processes - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Strong people management and planning skills - Experience with remote work is a plus
