Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Qatar Mobility Innovations Center is seeking a Remote Accounts Payable professional to join our team on a part-time basis. As an entry-level role, this position is ideal for someone who is passionate about finance and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Process and reconcile invoices from vendors - Ensure accuracy of all payments and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts payable - Communicate effectively with vendors to address any issues or concerns - Assist with month-end closing procedures as needed - Collaborate with the finance team on process improvement initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Innovation and adaptability in problem-solving - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
