Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. in Doha, QA. As an Associate level role, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues - Maintain vendor files and communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries - Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in accounts payable - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred - Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP standards
