Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Meddy, a leading healthcare technology company in Doha, is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Associate on a part-time basis. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process.

Responsibilities: - Process and verify invoices and expense reports - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions - Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting - Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper coding of expenses - Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline accounts payable processes - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable and financial controls

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
