Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Msheireb Properties is seeking a Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team based in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position is ideal for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and is looking for a flexible work arrangement.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently. 2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies. 3. Prepare payment runs and ensure timely payments to vendors. 4. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. 5. Communicate with vendors to address any payment-related inquiries. 6. Assist in month-end closing procedures as needed. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable. 2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 4. Excellent communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 6. Experience with people management and teamwork. 7. Experience working remotely is a plus. 8. Independent and driven personality traits.
