Remote Accounts Payable

Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking a part-time Remote Accounts Payable to join our team in Doha, QA. As an entry-level position with a minimum of 1 year of experience, we are looking for a driven and adaptable individual with strong time management and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing processes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records - Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments - Generate financial reports as needed - Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
