Accounts Payable

Job Description:

QatarDebate is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable specialist on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and is looking to grow their career in finance.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain vendor records and ensure all payments are made on time - Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting - Work closely with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Provide support with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
