Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Accounts Payable professional to join our team at Vodafone Qatar. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home in Doha, Qatar. As an entry-level Accounts Payable specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable for the company.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and verify accuracy - Match invoices with purchase orders - Reconcile vendor statements - Process payments in a timely manner - Resolve any discrepancies with vendors - Assist with month-end closing - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records - Communicate with vendors to resolve any payment issues - Assist with audits as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 1 year of experience in accounts payable or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent leadership abilities - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills
