Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

Meddy, a leading healthcare platform in Doha, is seeking a passionate and independent Accounts Payable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices for accuracy and ensure proper coding - Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers - Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records - Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any payment issues - Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
