Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Qatar Steel Company is seeking a highly motivated and driven Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable functions and ensuring timely collections from customers.

Responsibilities: - Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate billing and payment processing - Follow up on overdue accounts to secure timely payments - Prepare and send out invoices to customers - Monitor aging reports and address any discrepancies or issues - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with customers - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or disputes - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review - Assist with month-end close processes as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related role - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and project management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
