Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Accounts Receivable professional to join our team on a part-time basis in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level employee with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field, you will play a crucial role in managing the organization's accounts receivable processes remotely.

Responsibilities: - Manage and reconcile accounts receivable transactions - Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate timely payments - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable activities - Work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing - Update and maintain customer files and records - Assist with audits and compliance activities related to accounts receivable - Utilize accounting software and spreadsheets to track and manage accounts receivable data

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience) - 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong leadership and presentation skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
