Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Qatar Biobank is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis in our office located in Doha, QA. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers on a timely basis - Follow up on overdue payments and collections - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable - Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions - Assist with audit preparation and provide support as needed - Maintain and update customer records in the accounting system - Perform other ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Resourceful and independent with the ability to work effectively both on a team and independently - Strong decision-making and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - CPA or similar certification is a plus
