Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Qatar Science & Technology Park is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function for the organization.

Responsibilities: - Generate customer invoices and statements accurately and in a timely manner - Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices - Process incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts - Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing - Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation - Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and trends - Assist with month-end close processes related to accounts receivable - Provide support for audits and other financial reviews

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of billing and collections best practices
