Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable associate to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the field and possess a driven and confident personality.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts receivable transactions - Monitor customer accounts for discrepancies and outstanding balances - Communicate with customers regarding payment reminders and resolution of outstanding issues - Reconcile accounts and prepare reports for management review - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices - Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to research and analyze data effectively - Experience with project management is a plus
