Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Process customer invoices and payments accurately and on time. 2. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. 3. Follow up with customers on overdue accounts and resolve any discrepancies. 4. Generate monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable activities. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues. 6. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts related to accounts receivable. 7. Maintain up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions. 8. Continuously improve processes and procedures related to accounts receivable to increase efficiency.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent project management skills. 5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 6. Adaptability to work independently and meet deadlines. 7. Must be driven and motivated to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
