Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Accounts Receivable professional to join our team as a work-from-home Associate. As a member of the Accounts Receivable team, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Prepare aging reports and analyze delinquent accounts - Communicate with customers to address payment issues and negotiate payment plans - Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer disputes and maintain positive relationships - Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Resourceful and dedicated individual with strong attention to detail - Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to analyze financial data - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
