Job Description:

Snoonu, a leading delivery service company based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections. - Work closely with clients to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices. - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies with customers. - Generate financial reports and provide analysis to management. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications.

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred. - Personality traits: independent, hardworking. - Soft skills: negotiation, planning.
