Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Aspire Zone Foundation is looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable professional. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices - Follow up on outstanding payments - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records - Reconcile accounts receivable to ensure accuracy - Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable - Work closely with the rest of the finance team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred - Confidence in handling financial transactions - Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines - Strong strategic planning skills - Ability to work well in a team environment
