Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

MEEZA, a leading company in Doha, QA, is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable (Work from home) Associate. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely payment processing - Generate invoices and statements, as well as follow up on overdue payments - Communicate with customers to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues - Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports and provide recommendations for improving cash flow - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency - Assist with month-end close activities and financial audits as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Driven and resilient personality traits - Adaptability and strategic planning soft skills
