Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Qatar Petroleum is seeking a part-time Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function through online platforms, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors. This role will require a high level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate coding of expenses - Assist with month-end closing activities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records - Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable - Driven and energetic personality traits - Strong presentation skills - Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
