Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking a confident and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate on a part-time basis in Doha, QA. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable and possess excellent decision-making and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Process online accounts payable transactions accurately and timely - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders - Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent decision-making and planning skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
