Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable. This part-time position is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the field of finance and accounting. Responsibilities: - Receive, review, and process online invoices for payment - Ensure all payments are made accurately and in a timely manner - Communicate with vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions - Assist with month-end closing and reporting processes - Collaborate with the finance team to improve operational efficiency - Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
