Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Qatar Steel Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and who possesses the personality traits of being resourceful and motivated, as well as the soft skills of negotiation and teamwork.

Responsibilities: - Process online accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner - Verify and reconcile invoices and purchase orders - Correspond with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Assist in month-end closing activities - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth payment processes - Provide support to the Accounts Payable team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and motivated attitude
