Job Description:
MEEZA is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Remote Administrative Assistant. This part-time entry-level position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing administrative support to our team based in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. - Assist in preparing and organizing documents and reports. - Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls. - Maintain efficient filing systems and databases. - Provide administrative support for special projects and events. - Collaborate with team members on various tasks as needed. - Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in an administrative role. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others. - Motivated and reliable personality traits. - Soft skills in persuasion and negotiation. - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
