We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Snoonu, a leading on-demand delivery company based in Doha, Qatar. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. 2. Assist with creating and updating documents, reports, and presentations as needed. 3. Conduct research and collect data to support various projects and initiatives. 4. Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for team members. 5. Organize and maintain files, records, and other documentation in a systematic and efficient manner. 6. Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Requirements: 1. Associate degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities. 6. Strong negotiation skills and a team player attitude.
