Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job Description:


Starlink Qatar is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team remotely in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles. We are looking for a confident and independent individual with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and organize administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and coordinating travel arrangements - Prepare and update documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders - Assist in maintaining databases and records in an organized and efficient manner - Support the team with project coordination and implementation - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in administrative roles - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
