Job Description:
Ezdan Holding Group is seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely. As an entry-level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office management role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all administrative functions of the office, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and organizing meetings. - Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems. - Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed. - Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees. - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. - Oversee office cleanliness and organization. - Provide support to the executive team as needed.
Requirements: - Demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. - Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. - Strong negotiation skills. - Creative problem-solving abilities.
