MEEZA, a leading technology services company, is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for an entry-level professional who is resilient, confident, and possesses strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: - Assist in day-to-day operations, including data entry, file maintenance, and general administrative tasks - Monitor and report on operational performance metrics - Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Assist in project management and coordination of tasks - Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - No previous experience required
