Operations Associate - Remote Work

Qatar Biobank is seeking a motivated and energetic Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Support the daily operations of Qatar Biobank by assisting with administrative tasks. 2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow. 3. Assist in organizing and maintaining records and databases. 4. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. 5. Communicate effectively with team members and external partners. 6. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Proven experience in operations and administrative roles. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Strong leadership capabilities. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
