Operations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Starlink Qatar is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Doha, Qatar. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Manage and coordinate various operational functions, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Set and achieve operational goals and objectives in alignment with company vision and mission - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management or a related role - Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing operational strategies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and resourcefully - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
